John has incredible knowledge of the body and has greatly improved a long term injury that crops up

5/ 5

John has incredible knowledge of the body and has greatly improved a long term injury that crops up every now and then. He identifies the problem, treats it accordingly, and directed me with specific exercises to help strengthen my shoulder. Had me back on the bike with confidence in my shoulder. Sports injuries are a consequence of my active lifestyle, but I'm so grateful to have John to call on to rectify any problems.
