Incompetent and dishonest. Gave my wife's Jazz and MOT last year but failed to provide a certificate ("You don't need one these days Madam"). When I looked up the certificate this week on the DVLA website there were several advisories that we knew nothing about because JBH hadn't told us. So my wife has been at risk all year.

Recently bought a new bike from these guys and I recieved great service from Darren. He did everything he could to speed up the process of buying the bike. Cheers Darren, will be back soon👍

Excellent experience purchasing a car. Kaion was incredibly competent and professional and made the whole transaction smooth and easy. There were nice personal touches like personalized videos of the car we were interested in. He was great at communicating and helping us reach a quick timeline to receive the vehicle. Just picked it up last night and I am so happy with the car and with the experience. Hopefully future interactions and services will be just as enjoyable.

Place you cannot trust! Once you give them your money they are done with you. Bought a brand new Honda sh300 in December last year, i have a engine light coming up and they cannot assist as people in the body shop are on furlough, only issue here is that I use my scooter for work. What is the all point of having a bodyshop open if you cannot provide the service??They suggested me to bring my scooter to Honda in London... well I am based in cambridge! For sure next scooter won’t be a Honda and this is all got to do with what Honda does towards their customers! Basically nothing. Think of the after care before you buy anything at Honda
