Both Manny and Leon were friendly and helpful when it came to guiding us through the purchase of our car. They were happy to answer any questions and were informative but not pushy when it came to advising of additional services that could be bought. Due to personal circumstance a contactless collection had to be arranged which was much appreciated. I would recommend to family and friends.

I went to the dealership to buy a car advertised at £9940, they said I have to pay £10395 if I wanted it. They blamed Autotrader, then 2 weeks later they told me it was the manufacturer that set the price on the advert. Either way they know about the false prices and yet they let it continue. When the adverts are correctly priced I can remove this review, until then I need to warn others.

From buying the Dacia to servicing the car John Banks have been the worst dealership we have ever dealt with. Buying the car was hard work but we had put that down to COVID restrictions, though we probably feel now that wasn't the case. The Dacia had a service today which my 80 year old mother dropped off the car to the dealership, which it seems isnt where they service the vehicles (which was aroud the corner). Lady on the desk seemed put out that it had been brought to the wrong place and she would have to take it round to the service centre. When we collected the car this afternoon it was dirtier inside than when we dropped it off !! We did laugh when my wife suggested yesterday that the garage would no doubt clean the car when it was in for a service today. Quite the opposite it seems.
