Have not used for accounting purposes, used for a reasonably complex probate matter. Found Roger Tuffin to be completely out of his depth, he should not be attempting probate and should leave it to legally trained solicitors who know what they are doing. His charges were unbelievable and I found him to be rude and obnoxious when he was questioned about his performance, or should I say lack of it, he even charged me £200 for seeking some legal advice on the probate matter from a solicitor!! If he had the knowledge to do probate he would not be calling a solicitor and paying them for advice on something he was being paid for himself. I had to lift the matter and take it elsewhere. The firm I took it to were excellent! I would not use Roger Tuffin even for simple accounts due to his manner, I stress that I am referring to Roger Tuffin alone. Steer clear!
