Fantastic firm!!!! My name is actually Jake, but I don't have a gmail account to write a review so I am using my friends. From start to finish the firm has been brilliant, hassle free, quick and very professional. They turned my personal injury claim around in no time at all and got me a fair offer which I was happy with. My file handler was called Joe Evans and he was super! I couldn't recommend these guys enough :)

I would prefer to give no stars as that more accurately represents how awful this firm is. After speaking to a member of staff at this firm her preliminary review of my case is and I quote " not something I would want to take. .. Not something I could confidently take on." So as its not something she wants to do she then began to tell me the reason and again I quote "it would cost to much to investigate for what we would get in return." So not only is this firm lazy but also bone idle proving that by what I've quoted. They are only bothered about quick, easy pay day results. Rather than helping the people that contact them. It wasn't all bad the woman I spoke to had a friendly telephone voice but that's just to hide the are just money grabbing and lazy. I can't stress enough not to use this firm.

Kris on the conveyancing team went above and beyond to help me finalise the purchase of my home. She was extremely thorough despite the limited time frame we had to get things completed. She even did some work on behalf of the sellers due to their solicitors being difficult. Any questions I had were answered promptly in a friendly and reassuring manner. As a first-time buyer I feel very lucky that I was able to have so much confidence in my solicitor. I cannot recommend Kris highly enough.

After a slightly slow start with my remortgages due to the Xmas period everything went really well. Their communication was excellent and the remortgage went through really smoothly. I've since instructed another 2 remortgages which are progressing very well. I would definitely recommend Tom Woods and Matt Browne

Used when buying a property. As a first time buyer I felt happy with there service provided. I was a little frustrated at times that I wasn't able to speak with an advisor over the phone but that's just personal preference. Emails were answered quickly. Would use them again.

I have had an amazing experience with Beth and Amanda who handled the conveyancing of our home. They were attentive and responded as necessary. At no time were we let down in the process although because of our own situation, it seemed to take forever. Their professionalism was greatly appreciated. We sent them some flowers as a token of gratitude, such was our pleasure of the service offered. Great full thanks.

Absolutely brilliant, we were able to complete on a property in under two months using JMW, despite our original solicitor having to isolate, another member of the team picked it up without hesitation & delay. They are helpful, professional, competitively priced & communicated everything so efficiently, saving us so much time. We will definitely be using them again in the future. James Duggan just supported us with a mortgage refinance in record time. The communication, largely digitally, was very good, including the JMW app which made it easy to follow the required steps and know when the ball was and was not in your court. Will definitely come back to JMW if/when we need a refinance.

I contacted the company asking if I could swap a case from another firm to themselves. For reasons out of their control the case didn’t go forward however I found my encounter with them very professional. And they even gave me some advice so the least I can do is say thank you and give you some positive feedback for the brief yet professional encounter I had.
