Joel comes to my house on a regular basis to help me recover from a serious shoulder operation. I found him very good at listening and assessing the situation. We started purely with massages on my injured area to release tensions, act on trigger points and activate blood circulation. We progressively introduced physio exercises to increase my mobility and we now are working on adding some strength into them. I find Joel easy to get on with, he makes you feel comfortable and he is encouraging. I find that the work we do is accessible and progressive. I can go on working on the exercises for the rest of the week and I find great relief from the massages. Joel is very polite and punctual, he is also flexible in the way that we can work on a mixture of physio and massages. Thank you Joel.

I run between 40 -60 miles per week and Joel’s sports massage have kept the muscles refreshed and cured any niggles I had. Superb therapist if you want to come back from injury or simply want an MoT. His sports massage have helped me feel fresh and ready to run on race days. 100% recommend.

5/ 5

I have been suffering discomfort in the back of my knee for a long time, with suspected tendinopathy. After the first sports massage session with Joel, my knee felt much more comfortable. Joel is highly skilled and gives great advice, suggesting exercises to help maintain suppleness in the muscles. Thank you Joel 😊

5/ 5

Joel has been my PT for over a year now, I find him extremely professional and knowledgeable in everything he does with you during your Session. Tailors the workout to get best results for you personally. Always willing and happy to discuss ‘focussed’ workouts ( in my case - the core ! ) definitely achieves results. I’ve also had sports massages with Joel, again very professional and aware of your requirements if there’s a particular area where perhaps injuries have occurred. Joel and Chelsea also have a very proactive and accomplished you tube channel as well as a strong presence on other social media platforms with helpful workout videos and nutritional advise. I can personally recommend these guys to help you with your fitness goals in a friendly and helpful environment. Keep up the good work.

Joel has been my PT for over 2 years and I would highly recommend him! I have one session a week and then he also provides me with several training options for me to do at home or at the gym. All my training sessions are provided on an app which I find really useful when working out on my own. Joel & Chelsea also offer a variation of workouts on YouTube which I would also recommend to watch as they are suitable for anyone. If you are looking for a personal trainer who pushes you to achieve your best and also makes working out enjoyable, then contact Joel 😊
