Jim was so good at coming out at short notice particularly when he was so busy and I was a new customer. He understood my situation with having a disabled daughter and my need for electrical problems to be sorted quickly. Ryan was so nice explaining what he was doing. Excellent value for money and excellent service. Highly recommend- thanks again Jim and ryan.

I have enlisted the help of Jim on several occasions and he is now my preferred choice of electrician. His knowledge is incredible and it is very reassuring that he keeps abreast of all the latest legislation, revisions and technical data related to his job. He is always keen to keep you in the loop with every aspect of the job and his communication is excellent. His professionalism and standard of finish is superb. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jim and Ryan. I had external lighting installed and extractors put into 2 bathrooms. Jim put a lot of thought into the job and explained it all clearly. He's had to come to my house several times, always been 100% reliable and has done a great job.

I would highly recommend JK Electrical. Excellent communication throughout, Jim came out to have a look to ensure EICR was accurate before quoting for specific work required, options very clearly explained. The installation of consumer unit and other small jobs are very tidy and unit is well-secured to the wall - Jim went out to source a wooden board to attach properly as the underlying plaster was a little fragile. Paperwork provided promptly and price was much more competitive than the other 2 quotes I received. Really pleased - many thanks Jim.

Jim and Ryan were great from start to finish. Really responsive and explained everything they were doing in a good level of detail, and they got the job done quickly and efficiently too (despite the additional hurdle of a missing earth wire cropping up!). Great value for money and two good guys - would recommend highly and will certainly go to them should I need any further jobs doing!

Jk electricals is rare, it is a company I truely recommend not something I do. Jim and Ryan came into my home and worked with enthusiasm to completely overhaul whole electrical system. From full installation of completr home, to outside garage lighting, to installation of electric car charger port, to outside lights. Company arrived on time, worked through to complete tasks and tidied as they completed each days work. The finish in my home is terrific. I would not hesitate to use them again. Just thankful I managed to secure their services to begin with. Best choice ever
