I can’t recommend this yoga practice enough. Vajrasati yoga encourages the practitioner to explore yoga in a very truthful & unique way. Jim and Khadine who are also running the Vajrasati Yoga Teacher Training School are incredible souls dedicating their passion & wisdom to spread an honest and deep yoga practice encompassing body, mind & spirit in classes & course alike.

5/ 5

Vajrasati Yoga is a combination of modern postural yoga with the added richness of Yoga heritage - combining deep knowledge of tantra, hatha, philosophy, sutras of Patanjali and much more. The YogaPlus accreditation from Yoga Alliance means all teachers have reached a high standard set by the school. Highly recommended.
