Staff are very rude, puts me off this company as like to try things on and dont want to go in store to get spoken to like that. Would rather stick to stores that are friendly, helpful and dont just interrupt you mid scentence to answer a question you didnt ask.

I visited here yesterday and I was so delighted that you can try things on! The staff were very helpful and friendly and enthusiastic. They are obviously a very dedicated team. I ask myself why other shops cannot adopt the same rigorous cleaning procedures so that garments can be tried on?? Found a beautiful silk dress in there and I will definitely be back very soon. Thank you all do much x

Best place to shop in Oxford. The team are kind, welcoming and most of all honest! Whenever I go in they support me to purchase something versatile and truly me. They remember you and treat you as an individual, it was amazing when they remembered my wedding and asked to see photos! They are a wonderful team and I am eternally grateful!
