Not much to say really. It's a smaller version of the likes of B & Q and Wickes but I found the prices a little high.i imagine if you're in the trade and have an account then discounts would make the buying experience much better. The one major difference between them and the others is the personal service. You tend to deal with one person and don't have to walk miles to find anyone as their indoor premises are vastly smaller. They're very friendly people but for me it is all about my budget and the price. One thing else though, you're probably better going there if you have any more what I'd call 'harder' questions as the staff have less items available to answer questions about.

Tried to pick up some extra bricks for a project and was told they couldn't give me a price until they were loaded...even though I could tell them how many we wanted to take. Loaded 200 bricks just to be told a ridiculous price for below par bricks. I don't know if they were just having a bad day but the woman who was serving us was awful and extremely unhelpful. They could learn a thing or two from the Totton Branch who were extremely helpful.

Customer service, well there wasn't one. Forgot why I wasn't going to this branch. Was quoted price over the phone, different what they tryed to charge me for, when challenged the sales guy didn't even said sorry for trying to overcharhe me. Went outside waited for 10+ mins in the warehouse... No ones about... The guy who supposes to be there wasnt there. Got to the point where I found everything my self, could load anything as noone was even remotly interested in what I am doing.... I guess I shoulve done that for the service I received...
