Was charged for an extra day on a rental because the company failed to mention to me that I would need to phone confirming a return time despite initially being ordered online, where I specified my rental times. Have had no reply to an email requesting a refund.

Only bought some sand,but the service was really helpful

They have been extremely helpful over the years , as i have an allotment and garden. They wre especially helpfull with materials when we put our community shed up .

Nice easy tip. Warning though if your tipping first thing Don not go there until 0730 as there is no parking. Park on the A23 30 mins out.

Staff helpful and friendly, plenty of parking space. Prices pretty standard.

Went to pick up an online order, given my slip and told to collect from the warehouse, then told by warehouse wasn't in stock and they had checked yesterday (but hadn't informed me). Went back to the office to get a refund, no apology and no explanation of why online said it was in stock and warehouse did not have it. Poor customer service.

Turned up, told the staff what I wanted, paid and got sign posted where to collect it from in the car, given a slip and had staff load into boot of car.. Really friendly helpful team here which was nice for first time customer. Would recommend.
