Phoned today as I bought a watch 7 years ago which had sapphire glass which Timpsons had broke and they said it wasn't Sapphire glass . So when I phoned I spoke to Denise and still after all the time still helped and phone Rotary now that is GREAT customer services.

I have recently bought my daughter a beautiful ruby ring for her 21st from Jewellery by Design in Birkenhead. The staff were amazing as ever and i couldnt be more happy with the ring. We were spoilt for choice as all the jewellery is fantastic and of the best quality. I have shopped here many times and will be returning for sure. Would like to thank Nick for being so kind and helpful. Highly recommended

I went in today. 23/3/19 and I was greeted with a smile. I went in and asked about there ring resizing. I was quoted a very reasonable price of £45 to have my white gold ring down sized by two. They then told me it would be ready in 45 minutes. I paid for it before I left. (You can do this on collection) I arrived exactly 45 minutes later (I was in a rush to get my ring back) lol. The gentalman who resized the ring was very plesent and helpful. The two member of staff who I interected with gave excellent customer service.

Never go anywhere else. Sorted out my wedding ring ,made it bigger, re set a diamond in my Engagement ring and cleaned it. Fixed my daughter's dress ring when it snapped.

Had two of my rings resized, brilliant results so happy , staff and service were excellent x
