Highly unprofessional service where we were not greeted and barely acknowledged. This was meant to be something to cheer myself and friends up as we had been struggling with Covid and our mental health. I requested a mani pedi and literally as soon as I left the store my nails chipped though it was supposedly shellac. 2-3 days later 5 of my nails had my polish came off completely. I went back and requested that I either have a refund or the nails were redone - they were redone by the same girl who did them. She was very cold and rude, made bizzare and shady eye contact to her colleague when I sat down to my nails. She saw me walk into the store and did not acknowledge. Tried to blame the awful job that she did on the fact that I washed dishes, which makes zero Sense given that the group of girls I came with had their nails done by someone else I’m the store and their nails look fantastic. The day after having the nails redone 3 of my nails chipped and 2 have now completely peeled off. I’ve asked for a refund for a second time and was told I could only get a quarter of My money back because the manager or whoever had already paid the girl I’m question. Instead of receiving 17.50 I was offered £10 for Nails that have lasted me a day! I paid £35 in total for reference. My nails were not the only ones that were botched by this girl. If you fancy rude service, little knowledge of what they are doing and disappointment this is the place for you.
