Relaxing and Rejuvenating Liza welcomed me into a quiet, warm room where I sipped on some lovely herbal tea while discussing all the benefits that the infrared sauna has to offer. After establishing what I wanted to get out of the session I got into the two seated sauna where I had a choice of music/meditation sounds as well as full control over the temperature. I left feeling relaxed, and rejuvenated. Can’t wait to get back!

The sauna is an excellent service at an affordable rate with an easy booking system. Readily available time slots where the lovely host, Liza, doesn’t mind if you go a bit overtime if there isn’t anyone waiting. Highly recommend!
