I took my MacBook Laptop here for a battery replacement, from start to finish, the service from the staff was fantastic. I left my laptop with them on Monday morning and it was ready on the Wednesday afternoon. The service is pricey, but at the same time, it's worth it. My MacBook works much better and like it's brand new. Would highly recommend Jennings Computer Services to anyone within the York area and would definitely use them again. Absolutely fabulous service! Came in with my broken Macbook Pro, was sure it was a goner being nearly a decade old. Leon went above and beyond in helping me out with it on the spot, and staying a little bit after closing time as I came in quite late in the day. Ended up leaving with my laptop in working order again within the hour.

I took my virtually new MacBook Pro to Jennings after it very abruptly became unresponsive. I can't actually put into words how upset I was at the thought of the laptop being unrepairable and having to fork out for a brand new one. I was far from hopeful when I took the machine in, but Maxine immediately made me feel like the laptop was not yet doomed! Her customer service was faultless, in fact, she almost made me feel like she could fix it herself based on positivity alone! After a week with Pete (also known as the miracle worker), my laptop is back up and running and actually performing miles better than it did before it stopped working altogether. Thank you so much Jennings, 1000000% recommend!

Provided an excellent and understanding when my iPad was exhibiting strange screen behaviour. They took the time to understand what was actually a very subtle defect in an iPad and then arranged a replacement with Apple, they even arranged a second replacement when the first replacement had the same problem. When I've spoken on the phone they have always been honest and upfront about what they think the problem is and whether they can help. I never feel like I'm given the run around like I might be with official Apple support, and official Apple support would only send me to Jenning's anyway so may as well skip them out and go straight to the local experts.

Repaired a "well-loved" 10-year old iMac. The office in York is for delivery/collection and administration/taking payments. I understand the repair work is carried out in Scarborough. There is a small fee for assessment of the repair needed (only fair, it takes time, therefore payable even if the machine is beyond repair), and then additionally the cost of any hardware/software needed to get the machine running again. In my case it needed a new hard drive. Since the repair a couple of months ago, it has been running smoothly, and cost much less than a new machine, which gave breathing space to consider purchase of a new machine eventually. Reception at York office was courteous and professional, but be aware it is not their role to give detailed technical information on the spot on arrival. That side is delivered once the problem is assessed. Small office on 1st floor of a building in Clifton Moor, convenient and free parking below the office. Repair took about a week, the company kept to dates and costs quoted. I would use them again for Apple repairs

I recently upgraded to a new laptop. Jennings were able to transfer all my data from old to new which was very important to me as I’m not very savvy. They advised me on which MacBookPro was best suited to my needs and solved a few problems I had. Would totally recommend Jennings, an excellent service.

I was recommended Jennings Computers as a reliable and competent company to fix my ailing Apple Mac and I was not disappointed! I took the machine along to the York branch, the next day I was told that it needed a new hard drive and given the costs if I wanted to proceed with the repair. I authorised the repair and within two days I had my computer back working as well as it did when it was new (several years ago). Result - not rushing to buy a new Apple Mac and a very happy customer!

Excellent customer service and after service. Friendly staff. Good technical knowledge - problems outlined well and communicated clearly, and range of solutions explored. Recommend this company to anyone having technical problems with Mac (or PC).

Very good service from Jennings - took my in-guarantee printer to them and a replacement was arranged. Will definitely use again - the York branch is in a convenient location with car parking outside - important if you are taking or collecting equipment.
