The service I received from Jefford Carpets was exceptional. I was badly let down by a big-name brand who left me with no flooring in the room that will be the nursery for our baby (due in just a few weeks). In an absolute panic I rang Jefford Carpets and they showed me the options available, came to measure up, ordered the carpet I chose, had it delivered, installed underlay and then installed the carpet all within 72 hours. They came in between other appointments to complete the work ASAP and the fitters were helpful, charming and efficient. All this AND they were £200+ cheaper than the competitor who messed me around! If I ever need flooring again I will use no one else, Jefford Carpets have gained a loyal customer in me.
