I picked up a great pair of Nike trainers at a good sale price and staff were on hand to assist and answer any questions I had. (I needed some help choosing a suitable pair of trainers specifically for running) Would definitely go back.

Worst service ever! Just plain rude! I leave it a few months thinking it may have got better and then I go back and it never has! Footlocker next door is so much better!

Purchased a shirt here wore it four times and the stitching started to fall apart. Went to EXCHANGE for another not a refund I didn't have my receipt but did have the evidence of the transaction on my statement with the time it occurred. The manager didn't want to here this gave me an excuse the didn't want to spend all day looking up the transaction even though I had the exact time. Manager then started to yell at me that he wasn't going to EXCHANGE it. Bizzare way to loose a customer considering the shirt was only 10 quid and again I was asking to exchange not refund.

Nice shoes and sport clothing shop. It has all the most popular models and a good collection of the main sport brands. I went for trying some shoes and the staff was welcoming and nice. Unfortunately I did not find the shoe that I was looking for but my friends were able to buy what they were looking for.

Ask a member of staff for a football top and they told me they did not have it but I then found the rack with all football tops and found what I was looking for. Did not have the trainers I wanted in stock but young man on the trainers section was helpful. Long queue and only one person on tills initially but they eventually opened another till and apologised for the long wait. Overall good experience.

3/ 5

The shop has a good variety of sports shoes for everyone. The staff were helpful and lovely, especially the young gentleman in the shoe section. Now the negative: the footfall in this shop is currently high but the number of staff was quite low. I wish that at least a couple more people were present on the floor. The lack of staff made the experience overly drawn and might discourage customers from buying anything with the long waiting time to be served initially.
