JD Sports london

I am 40 years old and I’ve never given a bad review to anyone but JD sports the chimes Is the worst shop I have ever been in. Having spent £567 over the last month in two visits the shop as it’s the closest one and I have friends with kids visiting. Been in there three times and all three times staff was unprofessional and more interested in their phones and their conversations then helping people, their customers. As a well-known brand you would think staff will be better presented and in this economy looking after their customers. On my last visit I had a enough and after waiting for the manager for approximately 15 minutes I put down £400 worth of goods and walked out. It does not look like even the manager cares.

Ordered Item in store as a replacement for another item. Waited 1 and half week for delivery but no message or email. Eventually had to call customer service and got informed that it was collected by member of staff last week in store. After visiting store another lady says someome didn’t book it in. How can it not be booked in for more than a week? Any explanations? It was a birthday gift for my brother which was delayed by more than a week.

Great range of trainers, and sports clothing, some exclusive to JDs

Changing rooms not available and staff advised me to buy and try item out at home and bring it back if it doesn't fit.

Last Wednesday me and my son have visited 3 JD's in different locations (Ealing, Hayes,Uxbridge) - only in Uxbridge we received really impressive service. Layton has done his absolute best. Even though we couldn't get what we where after - he has tried to help us and save my time. Thank You Layton- that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE.

No assistance unless you get to check out area. Some are too busy restacking rails!! 😒
