The staff have no concept of good customer service. It was almost an inconvenience for me to ask for a pair of trainers in a specific size. Q. "Do you have this in 10s?" A. "No, only 6, 7 & 12." No effort to help me find an alternative. No effort to check if I needed any help once I did find a pair in the right size. No effort to enquire as to what I needed the trainers for. Once I agreed to buy them the assistant took the box of trainers to the till with barely a comment. The lady at the till had to be told by me which box was mine. Now, I'm almost 50 years old and I used to sell shoes for a living before the staff at JD sports were born: courtesy and communication were paramount. I got neither from the staff here. Were it not for their 50% sale I wouldn't have gone there at all. My experience today has sealed the deal.

Great shop for sports clothes

JD is one of the best shops to shop for trainers and clothes. You can find Adidas, Nike and loads of other big brands. However, do not expect cheap prices.

Went to the South Harrow branch today, and found the service first class. A girl who gave her name as "Terry", served us at the checkout and my wife and I found that she was a shinning light, with her enthusiasm, smile and positive attitude, and genuine personality, made our shopping experience the best ever.

Customer service non existant in this place. Manager is worse than we'll nothing can be worse than his customer service. Would not recommend purchasing from here. Apparently his verbal communication is policy of the company. Over the years JD has lost its Ppeal ever more today with abysmal service.

Shop’s great but today on the 22/8/21, we were in the queue waiting for any counter lady to be free to go next to. However, there was this middle aged lady with blonde/brown hair, wearing white and blue striped shirt (perhaps’s the manager?) that was actually doing counter service, and the 2-3min that she was free after the last person payed she began chatting to the other that was busy, and looking around, pretending to be busy. As soon as the busy counter was free for us to get our items, the ‘manager’ called the caucasian guy behind us to pay for his items. That might sound like a small incident but it was just plain obvious to not mention it here.

Small selection but I always find that this jd sports shop specifically has the best stuff for late teens

Customer service 👎 I have been today there and i want to try some clothes. After i wait there 5 minutes on the front of the fitting room, one of the ladies that working there told me that i cannot use the fitting room because they are not enough employers and she cannot stay there to wait for me to try the clothes. HIRE SOME PEOPLE THERE!!! you lost a customer today!
