Went to a member of staff to check if they had a particular shoe size and she send me back to the trainer's area as someone would be there for me. Waited 4 to 5 min and went over to her again and she just ignored me. One of the trainer's was not 100% and the box damaged as hell. Well , a costumer service skills refresher training it's due.
