What a joke! 15 minutes for shoes to come from the storeroom to the shop floor...ask for another size and the process starts again. Not enough staff on the tills and a mediocre approach to customer service. I knew what I wanted when I walked in and it still took 50 minutes to try then buy the shoes I wanted. Apparently the new stock system is to blame.

Our grandson likes jd sports clothes, I also have been known to buy clothes and trainers there also, the staff are most helpful and friendly

Lovely shop our Grandson loved it and we bought him a top .

To many kids working here. Half spends time talking to each other than working. Needs training or someone to supervise them at all times. Slow to many staffs getting paid to stand about.

Very expensive and very poor customer service.

Nice helpful staff but just too busy will return when it's less busy. I had forgotten my face mask and was offered one by a nice young man. Little things make a difference.

A large store, all very clean and nicely laid out, a vast range of items, trainers especially, and plenty of staff on hand to help if you need it.

A very popular place just wanted a voucher saves buying the wrong thing for a present. Had plenty of things in the past.

Staff helpful , really busy when we visited.
