Pleasant helpful staff..didn't have what I wanted in store..but suggested something else which I bought..

A bit overpriced. Good selection of shoes/clothes.

Disgraceful, under manager and the manager did not have a clue how to deal with a minor problem. Do not shop here. Two kids did not get their Christmas presents because of the incompetent staff.

the music is far to loud in this shop. you cant hear it's impossible to speak to staff. i feel so sorry for the staff in there. absolutely no need for that level of music. its not a nightclub its a sports shop. horrible

Waited 20mins for trainers had to ask about them to be told only had next size

Anna really took the time to help me out yesterday with an online order. She was really patient, didn't make me feel like a nuisance and managed to solve the issue. Outstanding customer service from her and a real credit to your store.

Love jds bought myself a hole load of things staff are friendly aswell love this one.x

Tried my trainer on asked for them to be left up at the till until I finished shopping went to look at the kids section found an outfit I liked for my son asked where the big kids section of that brand was the girl said its mixed in and walked away!! I said OK just left it went to the till. My shoes weren't there? The girl couldn't find them so we both went to see the first girl who got my shoes up from the stockroom She said "we couldn't find the other shoe" and carried on her conversation with another member of staff. She could have came and found me and told me or told a member of staff at the till? She didn't tell anyone? But the girl behind the till was fantastic and got the trainers delivered to my house she was the only person who actually provided customer service that day.

I was exploring and looking for some sportwear for about 20 minutes, but no one was around to help me. all the staffs were fixing the rails without paying attention to the customers.
