JD Sports edinburgh

Very poor customer service. went in there about 2pm today intending on buying a new pair of trainers, was completely ignored by the staff, who were much more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. Ended up going to another shop just round the corner and spending my money there.

I love this shop there is always good deals on there clothes and trainers

Went for the black Friday sale. But there were hardly any good shoes. The sales assistant was so annoying, the minute I tried both the shoes she started asking me if I'm buying these and won't leave my side. There wasn't even space for me to talk to my friends and make a decision and I honestly didn't like it. Is the store that untrustworthy towards it's customers. And look at their collection those were the only choices in Adidas. I mean if you are that big of a store get some range of products atleast

With plenty of great options to choose from and all the different brands, this place is definitely the one if you're looking to update your wardrobe. Friendly staff too.

The shop always make your life easy. Ask you about name and surname, callect all your details when buying but if you want return sth and do not have recipt they can not find the purchase in the system. That is the policy; wont get your refund nither exchange if you dot have recipe. Rediculous! Be avoiding this shop!
