This outlet in the expensive Grand Arcade has a good range of goods for those of you wanting to spend high end money. Staffing efficient, but sterile. Service is quick as once shoes are chosen they are sent up from downstairs. No waiting around for people to go to the stock room. Would have like to have seen a little bit more customer rapport, but hey maybe you get what you pay for. Young staff on minimum wage - who knows. Just did not get the feel good factor ,but maybe shoppping in Cambridge is about getting what you want as quickly as possible and then going. Not an experience I will repeat as no feel good shopping factor. Disappointed Cambridge, expensive to park, crowded streets, disinterested shop staff. Why did I bother - people seem so self absorbed here

1 v helpful staff, 2 and a half quite helpful & one rude staff (think she was offended by my very existence), shop is too small meaning customers having to climb over each other. Won't be in a hurry to go back (only went because we had been given gift vouchers!)

Very busy shop and full of young shoppers. I chose two pairs of trainers to try on and had to find a member of staff to find my size. He said it would be a few minutes but ten minutes later, I was still waiting for them. Finally, the assistant gave them to me to try on. I did buy one of the pairs. I felt as if I were invisible. Maybe I was too old.

Don’t ever try return something it’s not worth the hassle. I’ve been waiting nearly a month for a refund of a pair of trainers I sent back 2 days after receiving. I go on my jd account and it still says order processing so they haven’t even acknowledged the return. Bit of a joke.

Absolutely shocking customer service! Has always been this way and I do not understand why this still hasn’t changed. Incredibly rude staff all the way to the manager. The manager is definitely not there to support or help, let alone care for their customers.Instead he only cares to show his managerial status and that his word is final. Would never enter this place again!

Small store. Mainly trainers. Only a tiny section for women’s clothing which is a shame.
