Could not fix a warranty problem on a T7 California; this was the final straw for using this garage. I have lost confidence in the quality of the workmanship after various trips here. I am surprised it has retained its franchise given the garages local reputation. Two stars as they can do an oil and filter change and washed the van.

Can't fault the service here by this team. Always find time to look at any problem even last minute. Brilliant!

Would give them 0 stars if it was an option Out of 4 services 2 have been disgraceful. First time they didn't fit the oil filler cap and I drove to Liverpool, had to have the engine bay cleaned and an emergency top up. Second time was for the full 45K miles health check and service and they missed a two finger gap in the nearside leaf spring. Despite my contact they've never replied to my complaint. Avoid like the plague.

Excellent & efficient service. Routinely have my V.W. Transporter serviced here & just had front brakes replaced. Booked in with the helpful George who gave a competitive price in advance over the phone. A lady called & texted a couple days in advance to confirm the booking. The van was ready a few hours later, work done to specification & agreed price without a hitch. They had even given it a good clean. I work on the festival circuit in muddy fields, the van with filthy & the mid-season spruce made going back to work more enjoyable. If you depend on VW commercial vehicles for your livelihood, recommend getting in contact with George, Gavin & the team at JCB Brighton.

Please please dont used them they just after your money and no customer service at all. I fitted a new cupholder/12A charger since April and never worked for more than a day. They kept me going backwards and forwards for all this time and took another £100 for diagnostic, the result was no issues found and only changed fuse while they did that few times before so why didn't it work when they did that before. I guess it fitted originally wrong or unit is faulty and they didn't want to admit it. As I was there in one of my final visits they had another customer came in just after me as I was complaining and he just went mad at the lady in reception who I was dealing with, and apologised to me for interfering but he was also treated unfairly and there engineers doesn't have an idea what they doing. Finally even there customers service department over the phone couldn't be to any help. So I would strongly advise that you used and another dealer expect from these.

Great centre. Really helpful and have done a few bit under my warranty. Always done swiftly and reasonable rates for service. 👌

Do Not Use This Garage An MOT was booked and later confirmed by E mail . After the finish time I was told it was Still being worked on. I requested to view this and was allowed to stand on a yellow step 30” By 9” with a vey heavy door resting on my back. I witnessed the whole MOT which only Took 20 minutes. I was then told it had failed on headlight adjustment. I must leave it with them For repairs, parts will be required. If I drove it away the Police would be called The receptionist sat at his desk eating what appeared to be a chicken curry out of a plastic pot, whilst I tried to sort out the problem of transport with Motability.. As the car was not 3 years old I rang Skoda and they in turn rang the garage. Suddenly Skoda rang back and the car had passed the MOT with no parts changed. I collected the car the following morning as the garage did not contact me until 5 pm.. I complained to JCB HQ Stephen George and he replied a month later flatly denying all that had taken place. I agree with other reviewers that they are a Rip Off Garage. I will never use them again. I would not trust them with a child’s pedal car. Also I would not use them because of their bad mannered pompous receptionist..
