Bought a Honda CBR600RR from here Kev was very helpful and kept me in the loop. The bike is beautiful love it and a big thank you to Ian the delivery driver who brought the bike all the way down to Kent even though unwell.

I brought a gsxr 750 k5 off these guys 6 months ago, the bike has been a dream, the service was second to none, with good communication, I’ll be looking to deal with them again when I’m looking to upgrade.

Had my bike there recently for a fault with the engine valves which I believed to have an issue they said there is nothing wrong with the valves? But by judging by there attitude and stubbornness I don’t believe they even tried to find anything. They then apparently carried out an “100 point inspection” and this just wasted more time as I need the bike for commuting! And they don’t even ring to tell you when your bike is ready! They later went on to believe my bike needed a new chain after only 1400 miles!! on a 69 reg Yamaha yzfr-125! Because 3 links had become a little stiff, they where just clogged with dirt! Easy fix but not for jax motorcycles! All the chain needed was a little oil to free it off which was solved as soon as I got home! 2 minute fix! You would of thought they would of tried this before wanting to rip me off £130 for a new chain!? The owner I believe it was? turned very sour when I didn’t want him to carry out the work he thought the bike needed and to be honest with a attitude like his I wouldn’t want him anywhere near my bike! He then point blank refused to do any work after I said I wanted a second opinion and started to raise his voice at me this was the final straw for me! Terrible customer service skills as I was very pleasant with him! All the way through talking! Avoid jax motorcycles there are plenty of better bike shops around.

Highly recommended had my bike in for a broken headlight fixed straight away helped me out massively very helpful staff thanks to all staff members

Bought bike without seeing putting trust in Kevin... It was a good move the staff well Kevin was brilliant the bike as promised immaculate.. Serviced and motd ready for a near on trip home. Great bike amazing service... A go to bike shop if only it was closer.. To all bikers if your looking for a good bike a good deal you won't do better than this place.

I left the new Yamaha nmax scooter in perfect condition for only the second periodic check on the Jax motorcycle. When it came time to take my scooter back on the way home I noticed a strange sound (click) when accelerating and braking. after several hours of testing I decided to go back to see what is wrong and fix it. the people from jax motorcycle were very rude telling me that I can't fix it and that it's normal (I remind you that before the scooter worked perfectly, it was a real pleasure to ride it). after service checks I chose a scooter with problems that makes me not feel safe. this was my experience at Jax motorcycle with a brand new scooter that I do not recommend to anyone. I will never go back to jax motorcycle for service
