Jax Beauty – Luton

I came for gel, the thick gel to get longer nails but instead i got this ‘gel polish’ i wasn’t happy about that. I asked if she could do what i wanted she said no i have other appointments, tried to book another appointment she said all booked. But if we are talking about the quality of work she was so good did amazing job i only hoped she would try to find a solution and make the customer happy

It's literally around the corner from where we live. The ladies in here are always so nice and genuine. The treatments are great and very affordable. They are always busy which is a great sign that they give a good service. I would definitely recommend going here if you wanted any beauty treatments done.

I had just done a full set of nail extensions and eyelash extensions for the first time in quite long. I was unsure of picking a place because I had moved to Luton not very long ago and wasn’t familiar with the salons in the area. However, JAX was amazing!!! I was served by Jackie, she was very polite and friendly and we had a great chat. The customer service was amazing and my nails and eyelashes look absolutely gorgeous. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I am happy and glad I finally found a great place full of lovely staff and very good service. Would recommend 100%.
