I’m giving 3 stars because the doctors are absolutely amazing, they are so caring and understanding and I feel very comfortable speaking to them but the receptionists are rude, seem to have an attitude all the time, the past two days I went there I didn’t see them wear a mask once yet they just sent out a text message saying that it will still be mandatory to wear a mask at their practice as of the 19th July. It’s all about ‘save the NHS’ but I didn’t see them wearing a mask once even though it’s mandatory according to them.

I am giving 2 stars as the surgery has amazing Drs but apart from 1 receptionist who will go all out to help you the others are rude obnoxious want to know why you need a Dr as if they're trained then they decide if you can speak to a Dr. I don't phone my Drs lightly but after 2 1/2 years of being misdiagnosed and after 5 operations still my problems go on I know when I need to speak to 1 but the staff there now make me feel as though I shouldn't ask for help. Dr Collins you are amazing pity Your receptionist arent

I have been with this practice for 55yrs, from being a small child. I moved with them when they relocated from Jaunty Lane. The receptionists are not at all like you hear of, they assess you if you need an urgent appointment. I have never been let down. The Doctors are first class, listening with empathy. The practice is clean and in these days of Covid is being run very efficiently. I would recommend this practice to anyone moving into the area.

Fantastic Practice, wish I could give more than 5 stars. Anybody who is lucky enough to be registered here won’t go far wrong. Dr Collins is so thorough, friendly, approachable and non-judgemental. He is a truly wonderful GP. The reception team are so helpful and understanding, they do a difficult job very well. Round of applause for you all, you have all been so supportive and gone the extra mile to help our family, we have nothing but praise for the whole team. Eternally grateful to you all.
