The salon is lovely! Really cosy and pretty. The treatment however really wasn’t worth it. Didn’t really feel pampered which I would expect from a blow dry. No head massage and actually ended up getting the tongs rather than actual blow dry. Felt really rushed and just not relaxing. Would I return? No.

Very disappointed!!!!! They the most irresponsible company ….I booked my nails appointment well in advance because I have an important event and they’ve just called me and cancelled my appointment with an excuse. When you provide a service and make an agreement you should honour it. It doesn’t matter the reason. They offered an appointment time which was completely unsuitable. I would like to know if the roles were reversed would they still keep my deposit and charge me??? This is very poor and unacceptable. I’ll never go back there or recommend this place.

Jasmin French's lounge has the nicest, most welcoming and competent staff. The whole experience, particularly given COVID circumstances was relaxing and the team create a great, informal atmosphere.
