I went for my BeautifulMe three treatment package today at the Aveda salon(a thoughtful Christmas gift from my lovely bosses). I was really looking forward to it, particularly after a tough year. Whilst I enjoyed my facial, massage and eye treatment, I left feeling short changed. I only received 1 hour and 25 minutes of blissful pampering rather than the 1 hour and 45 minutes that had been purchased. The therapist said that my face didn't need much and so why fiddle with it unnecessarily (I would happily have taken more massage time!). The lady taking my payment was lovely and apologetic but I still feel disappointed that I lost 20 minutes of much needed (and paid for) treatment. Such a shame as the package itself is a good one, the Aveda salon and products are lovely.
