I’ve been visiting Jane for a year or so.. and she is amazing!! I’ve been seeing her to help me with general tightness in my back and legs.. and she always nails it!! She takes time to listen and find out what the problem might be linked to and then works to a plan. She listens all the way through your time with her and adjusts her treatment plan to give you the best result. The practice is easy to reach .. right next to Queen Street Station, and 5 minutes from Central. Jane’s treatment room has always felt incredibly hygienic but she has introduced an enhanced hygiene routine to keep you safe and feeling comfortable. On top of that Jane is easy to chat to or of you prefer it quiet she can do that too 😴 This is the best sports massage I’ve had in Glasgow.

Thank you Jane for giving me this opportunity to leave a review for the massage treatment you carried out at the end of July. I have just now seen this. I was quite stressed as you might have realised. Thanks for listening to me.The deep tissue massage was very helpful - relaxing and gentle so it wasn't uncomfortable at all. I felt better after this - mentally too I was in a better place.

Very professional and high quality. Where should I begin? Unlike many places, it’s very easy to reach and also to find the venue (unlike many hidden places which are difficult to find and get to). I go for massages with Jane because it helps with relaxing the upper back/shoulder area from stiffness and knots - something I developed over time from sitting at a desk and also previous injuries. All in all, I have been to Jane twice and will definitely be going again - convenient, and relaxing!

I have been going to Jane for Sports massage for a few years now, originally starting going from having an achey back and shoulder due to what I do in work. Everything time I leave i always feel the tension fade instantly, along with feeling more relaxed and end up with a decent nights sleep. Jane always makes you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive and she always listens as its nice hearing her ask questions about the things you last said to her and it could of been a year since you last seen her. Would 100% recommend her to anyone.

I went to Jane for the first time 2 weeks ago due to horrid back and neck issues thats have been plaguing me for ages, made worse by lockdown. Jane was lovely and I definitely would recommend her. After my session I felt so much better. I hope to return as soon as my budget allows. Approachable, gentle, friendly and knowledgeable
