I cannot recommend James Hilton's enough, everyone is caring and understanding at a very difficult time. The headstone they have done for my mum is perfect in every way. The job they have done is of such high quality and you could not fault it in any way. I would highly recommend then for anyone needing a headstone at Mill Lane cemetery Cheadle. Once again thank you for the brilliant job you have made a beautiful headstone for my mum and been so understanding.

You can expect a consistently superior service at James Hilton's Monumental Stonemasons. They consulted with us on our headstone design originally in 2007 and again this year when we needed to update the headstone wording. They advised us on cemetery regulations, schedules and headstone conditions such as avoiding subsidence. They were at all times courteous and sympathetic during such an emotional period. They refurbished the headstone's gold lettering and images to a very high standard; the headstone looks impressive and is a wonderful tribute to my parents lives. I would recommend them highly.

Did some research to find a company to restore our family headstone. Chose James Hilton’s Monumental Masons. I have been absolutely delighted with how they have handled everything from start to finish. So very friendly and yet extremely professional. So many companies wanted to visit me at home, I really didn’t want a salesman visiting me. However James Hilton’s asked for the relevant details of our grave, which they then visited and called me with the quote, explaining everything they would do! No hard sell, left me to make a decision and contact them if I wanted to go ahead with the work. I was also very impressed with the price they quoted. As a family we are really delighted with final result and I’m so happy I chose this caring family company.

Lovely and compassionate team, they helped us through a most difficult time. Absolutely thrilled with all the work and support Gillian and Stephen have provided in the wake of my Gran’s death while producing her head stone. It’s a task which has been made increasingly difficult by the ongoing covid-19 pandemic, however Gillian and Stephen kept in touch constantly and ensured that the stone was completed and ready for fixing up 6 months to the day of my Gran’s passing. The final product is perfect, with bespoke carvings which really do convey the lady my Gran was. I can’t thank everyone at Hilton’s enough for making sure we had a memorial fitting of such a wonderful lady and I would strongly urge anyone searching for a masons service to use Hilton’s. - Thomas F.
