Always brilliant service! Been going for a few years for Hollywood waxes, and never been anywhere since. Quick ,clean, efficient and smooth, never any breakouts or bumpiness despite my very sensitive skin! Ladies very sweet, can't fault this place at all. ❤️🥰

I would not give this clinic any stars. I used to be a regular customer. I have very sensitive skin, so I got a skin test done at this clinic, they recommended certain products for my skin type and this costed over £100 (this was not the issue). As I wanted my skin to improve and get better. However, on using these products, my skin got worse and irritated it further. I informed Jaimini of this and I wanted to get a refund. They told me that this was not possible and did not do anything to compensate me. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Friendly staff always on time, fast and efficient!

I have been going to Jaimini for many years. I always receive professional service. I have never had to wait to get my treatment done. Jaimini and her receptionist Mariam are so lovely. Any beauty advice or treatments they are always helpful.

Don't bother I didn't even get my money back they just kept it. They forced me to give them an extra 10 pounds for wasting their time it's says on the website that's it's refundable but they said it's only refundable if I go ahead with the treatment. But on the website it's says 20 pounds refundable. This is fraud they're just after people's money for nothing. Go to a better salon not this one.

I had the herbal facial today and it was amazing! I booked here as a last minute as my other facial got cancelled elsewhere and I'm so glad I did. Enjoyed it more than my usual other place- on time and not rushed like a lot of places. Very good value for nearly an hour of a facial. Relaxing but I can also see results already (smoother skin and radiant). Very lovely staff too :)

Appointments are always on time. Reception staff are great and advise if needed. I always have Nav for my treatments however the other ladies are brilliant also. Great facials, eyebrows and waxing. Wouldn't be without this place. Good value for money.

Lovely warm clean clinic, receptionist especially welcoming and friendly. Service is impeccable.

Me and my Girls went there on Saturday, member of staff who provided the service was so unprofessional, saying why don't you wax at home and threading and waxing she did was so painful. I will definitely will not be using jaimini beauty clinic any more
