Visited the showroom and amazing service from Ashley. Answered all of our questions and was very knowledgable about all the tubs. Can't wait for our spa to come!

In only a s many years we have had four jets split and start leaking, have had to repolace the inlet and now have a unresolved leak before jets start. This will now require removal and probable replacement of bath. Jacuzzi themselves are unable to help and offer no support once the guarantee has expired. AVOID this company.

Really good sales team when you are buying one after that forget it! Installation team fitted it the wrong way round so panel that needs to come off for maintenance was inaccesible. Had a leak which engineers couldn't get to. Case went on for 6 months with Jacuzzi arguin I had moved the hot tub. Seriously!! After I got hot tub originally I had a 'shed' built around it. Had to pay to have some of it taken down whilst after a long long battle they agreed to turn it. Was promises would get payment back. Still waiting weeks later. Phone calls and emails get ignored. Totally unprofessional service. DO NOT BUY FROM JACUZZI my case goes on.
