I don't get to attend the school as often as I should, however every single lesson I do attend, I always learn something new, the atmosphere is perfect here, the Sifu (Master) and Jake are amazing, real teachers. This place is worth the money and time, I'm honestly honored to be able to study under Sifu Jack Kontou. Join, if you can! You will learn more than just Wing Chun! This place is amazing!

Excellent martial school with a very passionate and professional master.

Signed up my youngest daughter a little under a year ago - gave her the choice of dance or martial arts - thankfully she chose the latter. Jack came highly recommended and hasn’t disappointed my daughter has developed an impressive speed coupled with discipline , confidence and a real interest in understanding this art. She is coming on for 13 now and still wants to go! I don’t normally write reviews but in this case I will make an exception both father and son are providing something relevant to the community - if your child is willing to learn and listen to their teachings they will learn life skills that may keep them safe and as a parent you cannot put a price on that - she could always dance now she can defend herself happy days! 😃

Friendly atmosphere. Great teacher and supportive fellow students. But there ate no shortcuts. Sifu Jack takes us through the basics, builds a solid foundation and he'll take us as far as we are capable. And don't worry of you think you're not athletic or have the wrong physique. Wing Chung is a highly adaptable and effective martial arts, suitable for all ages, gender and physical ability. Ip Man's sons are practicing well over 100 years of age! So drop in for a trial to find out for yourself!
