5/ 5

My grandad had Ian booked to clean the carpets after The British Heart Foundation were supposed to take his sofas away ready for the new ones to come the following morning. They didnt turn up and Ian went above and beyond to help out. Not only did he wait until 7pm for me to arrive to get the sofas out to clean the carpets he also helped me take them out, meaning my grandfather didnt have to struggle. I will definetly use them again and have booked for a corner sofa to be cleaned. Highly reccomended. Proffessional, friendly, helpful and great value. 5* is not enough. Thank you for your help.
