I really like Colin and Aaron. They helped a lot with choosing the right carpet for me. Colin advised me how to fit the carpet myself and Aaron even lent me his tools and helped me find the right size of the carpet. They were kind, cheerful and funny. I highly recommend them. I've bought two carpets from there already and I'm pretty sure I will be back for more.

Have been to JCCarpets several times this year for my property and my mothers. Have been polite,helpful and patient . Culminated in a new lounge and dining room carpet today fitted efficiently and promptly with little fuss. Fitters as usual polite and obliging. Cleared and removed all waste and packaging. Would highly recommend this company

Our experience was absolutely brilliant. From the time to viewing which carpet we wanted to laying carpets throughout flat. This was even though we had to cancel first date to lay carpets because we couldn't move into new home. Fitted carpets around us. Thank you all concerned.

Went into the shop & made an arrangement for someone to come & measure my 3 rooms needing carpet. After taking my name address & number I was told I would get a call later that day & someone would likely be out the next day,. This is now 3 weeks ago! Not even as much as a call to politley say they wouldn't be coming. A very unprofessional & rude way to conduct business. I certainly won't recommend them but will happily tell anyone who's seeking carpets that they are unreliable & rude.
