1 star is too much for this firm. Aside from being extremely unhelpful, they turn people away around lunch time, claiming "everybody is in a meeting". Avoid!

We received excellent personal service from our Solicitor Jenn Davies, who twice visited my elderly Mum at home to explain options and considerations for her Will & Inheritance Planning. Up to this point my sister and I had made zero progress and Jenn's considered approach and professionalism was exactly what was needed. This enabled things to move forward and get it over the finish line. Hiring a professional obviously comes at a cost, but certainly for us it was money well spent. We now have peace of mind that Mum's best interests are catered for and her finances are in a good place. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Irwin Mitchell, and in particular Jennifer Davies.
