I really had a horrible overall experience. Incredibly bad customer service. The hairdresser was pulling on my scalp so hard the whole time and I kept telling her, but she kept doing it. It almost seemed intentional. She didn’t speak a word to me the whole time but had no problem laughing and yelling over the top of my head to her colleagues. The salon is also tiny and echoes a lot, with so many people in there it was unbelievably loud. I was there for hours being ignored and I left with the worst headache I’ve ever had. Then also charged $300 for just a full colour, and I didnt get a blow dry, style or cut so literally just for the colour. Disgraceful honestly. Please don’t go here you’ll likely be severely disappointed and ripped off.
