Wouldn’t let them paint white lines out side my house no alone repair my vehicle again . went back three times and still not right took vehicle to another body shop and quoted 4900 to put vehicle back in a acceptable condition body wise.as door and hinges are bent And filler work in door is very poor not allowing body lines to lineup . Burnt through rear quarter panel lacquer whilst polishing door multiple scratches over vehicle also under paintwork. they also cracked my windscreen and replaced it with a aftermarket screen which is not fitted correctly.and damaged paintwork on roof removing old screen .door was hanging so high that it was actually touching the top of the door shuts and has scratched paint . No protection behind new wing fitted . Multiple scratches inside door shut where they have tried to adjust the door to fit correctly with chips and marks on door edge after they have just painted it .And vehicle drastically pulling to the left when you take your hands off the steering wheel which I have complained about and they keep finding no faults. My vehicle was in very good condition for its year and now looks like it has been in a accident with the local Bodger trying to repair it. It makes it a lot worse when the vehicle was parked up when damaged and now I have a vehicle in a poor state of repair . Be aware do not use this company they produce very low quality repairs and just try to palm you off . O yes Forgot to mention my bonnet is now two shades of silver.

Was informed of a 7 day repair, took 9 weeks with no communication, only when I continuously rang for updates. Finally Recieved car and errors to repair needed further rework. Terrible office communication overall

Absolute nightmare to get hold of. Have rang them about 15 times in the last 2 days and no one is picking up the phone. Incredibly unprofessional.

Repair seems fine, although car was given back to me with oily finger marks over the seats, so it didn't appear to have had a 'mini valet'...however, they did clean the marks off for me, no questions asked. Receptionist was very helpful when I attended in person but I did struggle to get an answer on the phone. Rang loads of times but phone not picked up.
