I never leave reviews but for this place I have found the time to obtain a google sign in and make an exception. Truly appalling service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I brought some couch cushion covers to be cleaned and was told this would be no problem. The price was £40 - not at all cheap. On collecting the cushion covers, after I had paid, I was warned that they may not have “come up well”. This was worrying. When I took them out at home they appeared uncleaned, though smelling strongly of chemicals. Some minor stains (like a small splash of food that could have come off with a sponge) were untouched. There was one particular larger stain (approx 2cm x 2cm) that remained unchanged. I returned to the shop to complain. The staff informed me that they could not, in fact, clean linen - but they had not told me this prior to taking my money. They also told me “sometimes dry cleaning just doesn’t work” but I have never heard of this before and again I wasn’t warned about this as a possibility before cash had exchanged hands. They explained they had tried twice to clean my cushions and failed, they offered to try a third time but stated that the chemical they might try would likely damage the material. When I explained I was unhappy with this as a service, and politely requested a refund, the elderly manager became verbally aggressive. He threw a shopping bag at me over the counter, and shouted at me to get out, storming into the back room to continue to shout. He loudly insisted it was my fault as “the cushions were in a very bad way and his staff would agree” which was totally fictitious and quite dishonest. After his aggression and insults, including calling me an idiot, he then offered to take my cushions and send them somewhere else to be cleaned properly. Not only was this an admission of the poor service, but after all that had gone on, I simply did not believe him, nor would I trust him to behave professionally. I was told “this is the only way to get your money back”. In the end I was given £20 instead of £40 as a refund, but only after twenty minutes of listening to his extremely rude and insulting comments, threats of the police, laughing jibes all in the face of my being (remarkably) measured and calm. I would never use this place again because this behaviour was so unpleasant and unfair, it was completely unjustified, and it was borderline criminal. Save your time and go somewhere that customers are not verbally abused, lied to or offered services that cannot be provided as par for the course. Shocking!

Really good service. They dry cleaned my suit in 3 hours and I didn't even have to leave my house. They collected it at 9am and returned it at noon. The whole thing cost £16. Very reasonable. I'll definitely be using this company next time. Also worth noting that I happened to have the Thursday off work so I could be at home, but they would have collected/delivered outside of working hours if I had preferred.

Ignore Jamie Williams review as it's completely false as the manufacturer found that his jacket of the suit had not shrunk as they had an identical one in stock and compared measurements. Simple as that!!
