INTER CAR HIRE leeds

Waited 2 hours to get the car we ordered through youdospain. Was told the insurance we paid for was no good and we had to buy theirs! Very stressful pick up.

Worst car hire company I have ever dealt with. Plane delayed by 2 hours going to Faro, and charged an extra €140 FOR THE EXACT SAME CAR I ORDERED. How can a company charge extra money when your hiring the car for less time and have already paid for that day anyway?! I had pre-booked the car weeks before.

Never give me my deposit back still waiting for it now no one to speak to they all say nothing they can do and to send a email Would never use these again I wouldn’t waste ur time or money

Not even worth 1 star. Even though my son in law had paid and booked for a car weeks before, there were none available at Barcelona airport.at 8.00 p,m. Waited 3 hours while they tried to source one and in the end had to pay another company to get a car. Still have not got money back from Inter Car 10 weeks later.

We hired a car to pick up at the airport in Tenerife. We had to wait on a queue for over an hour (first at the airport terminal and later at their office in the car park) and when we finally got to the desk they insisted we paid a extra charge (in excess of €100) for insurance, despite the fact that we told them that we had our own one, threatening us with the consequences of not being covered in case of accident. None of this was explained when we hired the car through internet. They promised cheap prices but given the service provided it was very experience.Would not use their services again.

I am sat on the floor ( no chairs) in Barcelona airport. Been waiting TWO hours for rental car. Absolute nightmare. You would be much better paying that bit more for good service. This is appalling.
