I got a full set of acrylics here and I love them. They followed the reference photo perfectly and did a professional job. The customer service was brilliant, all the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be returning when I can!

I recently moved in nearby and have been dying to try this place out! I have never managed to find a good nail salon that didn’t overcharge in Birmingham over the past few years but definitely very happy with this place. Everyone was so friendly and did a really good job with my nails. I had a new set of acrylics by Zari (I hope I spelt that right!). Always asking if I needed any reshaping or adjustments on them which is always something I appreciate! Very professional and friendly ladies and I will definitely be back!

Amazing service! Recently got my nails and waxing done and couldn’t ask for anything better. Been coming here for the past two years and can’t fault it. The manager and all the workers are very polite and always make me feel comfortable. If I could give more stars then I definitely would.

Amazing service from Zari! She came on her day off especially for me and did a fantastic job with my wax. After what’s been going on with covid she made me feel safe and comfortable. She is very kind and caring and I 100% recommend her for waxing as she’s very gentle and takes her time to give you the result you want. She couldn’t have done better and I would give her a 10/10 for customer service. Highly recommend Inspiration salon!!

I used to come quite often here because i was living close but even after I moved a bit further i still come back here because i love the way they do nails! So nice and welcoming and always finding solutions. Sarah did my nails and she did them AMAZING! she was so meticulous its amazing - perfect shape perfect thickness perfect design! Totally recommend! i love my nails!
