Cardiff branch- absolutely brilliant! Just had our car service and MOT at Cardiff branch, Steve and his team took excellent care of my car and worked out amazing deal to accommodate all work needed. I took my car there in the past and always returned pleased with the work that staff in In & Out done. I would recommend them for your next service, MOT or repairs.

Had an oil change job done at the Cardiff branch for my BMW. The booking was straight forward. The job took an hour roughly. BMW recommends Castrol oil but an equivalent cheaper oil was used. Can't complain much as paid £80 for the job, when BMW quoted £335 for it.

Took my car in on Wednesday the 21st after booking in on the weekend before. What I thought to be a snapped suspension spring was actually a leaking shock absorber as well, video sent to me by Steve to explain the problem before they started work - work was then carried out very quickly and I had my car back by 2pm the same day. Great service as always!

As usual the people at Cardiff In’n’Out were fab. I usually use them for MOT and service but I called on Monday to say my orange engine light was on and the car was booked in for 9:30 am next day. By 10:15 I’d been given a call to explain what was wrong and given an estimate price for the repair as well as an estimate time. It took around the time they said and turned out cheaper than the estimate! What I like is the honest straightforward advice, the work done is always thorough and of a high standard, you pay for what needs doing only (unlike some garages who charge you for just stepping inside reception!!) and the man at reception is always polite and friendly and makes time to explain even when they’re busy - which is most times I’ve been there. I’ll keep using them for all that needs doing to my car. Can’t fault them at all. Thank you.

Love this place. The staff are all very knowledgeable, friendly and answer any questions you may have. When I took my car for a full service and MOT they sent me a video of the highlights and what was wrong before they started any work on it. They have a seated area where you can wait for the repairs to be carried out and will only carry out work that is actually needed. Would definitely recomend.

absolutely brilliant service. Oil and filter all changed in about 45 minutes. Waited in customer waiting area with a lovely cup of coffee. All the colleagues were superb in their knowledge and even looked into my breaks for me. Really fast service and really good priced. You've just got yourself a new loyal customer! Thanks guys.

Had a service for my Audi, took under 2 hours. I told them I was not in any rush and for them to take their time, service at reception was quick and efficient, he took details and key… got a message to say the car was ready…got a receipt and was told my car has no issues. Everything has been topped up, checked, and updated…happy days!!!

Good value. Professional service from friendly staff. Comfortable waiting area. B&Q next door and Costa across the road if you need to kill time. Have used before and would use again.

Fantastic four all your servicing and repairs work. Very efficient and knowledgeable staff. I'll use these as opposed to the main dealership. Roughly a third saving for my full service. Highly recommended.
