Infrared Sauna Repairs (Custom Saunas Australia) – Ballarat

I originally found Allan and this company through their YouTube sauna repair videos. My friend had recently purchased a second-hand infrared sauna (not one of theirs) and we were having issues setting it up. I did some testing and took some pictures and on a whim decided I would email Allan and ask for his advice on what the issue could be. To my surprise I got a reply on the same day (I believe it was a Sunday) and after asking a few more questions and supplying some more photos Allan confirmed my suspicions that a new transformer was needed. I ordered the part from him (which is very reasonably priced, fast shipping and amazing quality too!) and after installing the part, the sauna worked perfectly! I highly recommend this company for all your infrared sauna needs and Allan has been an absolutely outstanding guy to deal with.

Purchased a second hand sauna where previous owners claimed there were no issues. Had problems with the control panel but had the first sauna and was hooked. Next use it wouldn't heat. Found Allan's diagnostic clip on YouTube and after some coaching by Allan with a multimeter and a few photos the part was identified and sent interstate. Thanks Allan for reinstating an older sauna and preventing it from being a glorified cubby house or garden shed. Your responsiveness, knowledge and cost effectiveness is truly appreciated.

Allan's went above and beyond to help troubleshoot the issue with our infra red sauna. I honestly thought it was beyond repair but Allan helped solved the problem cheerfully and promptly. We are enjoying having sauna's again with all new heat tubes and clean connections. Even the time/temperature display is working again. Excellent service.
