I recently bought a used Jaguar from them which was shipped up from their Leeds branch on a transporter. There were one or two minor issues discovered which they repaired quickly, free of charge and without fuss. They also provided a courtesy car which was greatly appreciated. I dealt with Sean Hanlon who is an absolute gentleman, courteous and professional with nothing being too much trouble. Excellent communication and a nice showroom as well, I almost had second thoughts about my purchase when looking at some of the Infiniti Q50 and Q70 cars! I would have no hesitation recommending Infiniti Glasgow.

Great dealership with some very honest sales staff - certain large Scotland-wide car supermarkets could learn a thing from them. A very pleasant atmosphere for a browse, including a little play area for the kids to do some colouring in, with snacks and drinks. We bought a second hand Volvo from them a while back and they were a dream to deal with.

First class service very friendly could not have asked for more.

Ok - not great at returning calls though. Update - My “Infiniti experience” is now over. Although I really liked the car, there were too many problems with lack of attention to detail and mistakes poorly dealt with. With only one dealer in Scotland I was not confident in continued ownership of my FX. Sadly I can not recommend them - car has now gone and I’m back to a BMW

Exceptional service. Buying a car from this dealership highlighted just how much the usual dealerships treat their customers like cattle. Infiniti Glasgow truly demonstrated a customer focused experience and I did not feel in any way pressured. It was like sitting chatting to a friend.
