I will say the massage itself was very good and the facilities were nice too. I visited the salon using a group on voucher for a choice of massage for two. Me and a friend went together. Our first appointment was cancelled with an hour and a half notice and rebooted for the same time the next week. This can happen in any salon so no big problem there. Come the next week and we get a phone call trying to move the time of our appointment as we had been double booked, due to work commitments we could not change our appointment time. We were advised that due to this they would be running late when we arrived. We were booked at half four.... arrived at four forty to fine they were not running late and were told we would now loose fifteen minutes of massage time, as clients were booked in behind us... when we said you told us you would be running late so why are we looking time? The owner informed us that they "slot" group on customers in around regular customers as the do not get enough money from group on, while I accept this maybe true...... customer service would state that you do not tell one customer that they are less important than another. Never the less we got undress and ready for our reduced time massage. Whilst waiting on the therapists to come back in we could see on a monitor the owner threading someone else's eyebrows while we waited in our massage. By the time she arrived in the treatment room it was now almost five o'clock..... our appointment was due to end at half five. I had booked a hot stone massage but instead received a deep tissue.... I had by this point given up on trying to explain my points the the owner and stag and decided just to enjoy what I was getting. Out massage was finished at five thirty five..... so all in we got a 35minute massage, different from what I booked, a week after we should of, after booking in for an hour long different massage........ Customer Service severely lacking for new customers..... Will not be back

Indulge has been a popular salon to me in which I visit often. Great service from the owner Gazala, very welcoming and friendly. So far everything I have been offered has been great. Threading is excellent and so are the facials. I always come to indulge for their relaxing facials. Nothing to be negative about the service is great and I recommend all the offers and treatments Gazala has to offer! :) x

A* for service and treatment!! Had an amazing swedish hot stone massage and microdermabrasion and feel great! Most definitely the cleanest, professional and relaxing studio I've been to. Will definitely be coming back as the treatments were great as were the staff.

The girls at Indulge are super friendly and make you feel really welcome. They always accomodate me even if im chancing a last minute appointment! The salon is lovely and treatment rooms are beautiful and have a relaxing atmosphere. Any treatment ive had has been fabulous and would reccomend this salon to anyone! The massages are amazing! :) x
