Worst Experience every time

I hate to visit this centre. They offer worst customer service. There is nothing organised. Website lacks relevant informations. Even after appointment you get to wait 2-3 hours. My child’s Oci was not sent to my address for some unknown reason. When I went to collect I was handed over the enquiry token. When I asked someone which one is the enquiry counter I was told their isn’t any, some one will call you soon. That didn’t happen for 2 hours and I had to leave. They should work on their customer service and should organise things. Needs a lot of improvement.

Great staff specially Mabel who was very friendly, patient, humble and knowledgable. My experience was five star. I also did a inquiry for my younger daughter documents for my next visit and Mable explained us the full procedure very patiently. Overall it was a fantastic experience!

Staff are friendly and helpful I have nothing to complain about the service offered. Don't pay online for your application as things might be different when you go in person. As there are complicated and mixed info on official sites about required documents etc, you may be asked to change things and you won't get a refund if you had already applied.

Not organised or orderly system. Been here since 7am and still not been seen. In last 1hr no more than 2 appointments have been seen. There must be a better way for those who can't apply online for Indian visas unlike all other visa services around the world.

The attitude of staff has definitely improved since my last visit. However, I'm not sure about the purpose of the online appointment as you will still need to take a token at the centre upon arrival and you would end up waiting well beyond (more than an hour) your appointment time. Also, it's a nightmare for parents with babies as there are absolutely no provisions for changing/feeding.

I went to get my passport renewal today. It's super crowded. After receiving token. It took 2 hours for us before be went to counter. Poor guys had gone for rather late lunch i guess. But had a designated break time for them with slot more spaced out would be helped for everyone. Nothing will happen in 15 min slot. They're being overworked. We customers are being waiting for long time. No drinking water cups to drink. Toilets can use some cleaning. The guy at the counter was decent. All in all average experience. Rather speedy process would be appreciated. As travelling and sitting in a room of 150 people with children gets suffocating. Anothers guys post about xerox services in same level suite 46 was helpful.

5/5 Stars for the clerks once you are seen. I was dealing with Elsia and one other lady, I'm annoyed I've not recalled her name but they were both great. Fast and efficient. They clearly explained what needed to be done and were very patient. 5/5 stars for Photogenic Digital Studio who are literally around the corner, as you exit the main building, follow the path right through some glass doors. He helped us out in a pinch when we needed 2x2inch photos, photo copies and a print out of new documents. 2/5 stars comes from the overall process when you walk into the building as well as the management. - Signage is there but poor. - The receptionist on the first floor was as helpful as he could be, and it's not his fault that equipment doesn't work. But you should have spares or ensure they're maintained. - Wait times are pretty long but you can see why when there's a full room of people. - The "appointment times" seems nothing more than a way to control the amount of people who attend. - Our "appointment" was for 12pm and we arrived 11:22am and checked in. We weren't seen until 1:20pm. - The staff aren't to blame here, it's poor management who make the whole process exceedingly inefficient.

. You can enter premises 30-45 mins before your appointment time. They have very inefficient way of managing appointments, they don't care about your time. None of the appointments are on time. Be ready to wait for 2+ hours to get service. They won't verify your documents in those 2 hours waiting time, when it's your turn they they'd ask for changes and would waste more of your time in getting 'right' documents. They should clearly define what all documents are required and the format on their website. PLEASE start respecting your customers time. Overall management and customer service can be improved. Receptionist lady doesn't have good attitude or no customer servicing skills. Staff who attended me was very kind and understanding, she advised the right steps and helped me in getting right documents.
