Great little Salon, speaks enough for itself that they don't run much promo but pride themselves on word of mouth recommendations. Staff are really friendly and chatty and offer a quality service.

Have to admit my 1st 2 appointments here was not the best but been a few times now and can say i felt comfortable being there. The place has grown on me and love the service from the younger member of staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

If I could give no star I would. I had the worse waxing experience ever, they didn’t ask if I’m allergic or diabetic before waxing. I Was told a different price over the phone and they charged me more at the till point. Very poor customer service and when I asked ‘why was I told a different price?’ on the phone, the girl who talked over the phone sneaked off. The other staff were uncooperative and repeated the price 3 times which was very disrespectful because I clearly heard her the first time she said the price. The worse thing is she burnt my skin and next day my skin was peeling off and it was an unpleasant feeling. I’ve been waxing for 13 years and I’ve never ever had this problem. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t advise my friends to go there.

Good staff efficient service friendly atmosphere

Have been coming here for years to get my eyebrows waxed. Will never go anywhere else as the staff and the services are first class. The prices are very good.

I highly recommend this salon and especially their waxing specialist, Anna! I'd never had full body waxing done professionally before but decided to treat myself now that lockdown is finally lifting. Anna totally put me at ease, I hardly felt a thing, and I'm just loving the silky smoothness. So much better than shaving and creams! She’s so chatty too, which I really liked. The clinic is very welcoming and friendly too and the prices are very reasonable, especially for the city centre.
