First thing that you notice when you first go in is the friendly helpful staff. Impeccably clean and well laid out showroom. I saw Douglas and I would recommend him to anyone, courteous and friendly made the process easy and enjoyable. Such an amazing service from Andrew Robey (service advisor) and Darren Weller (mechanic)! My catalytic converter was stolen, called up Toyota near to closing time, was offered an appointment the following day. Excellent, professional service from Andrew - every detail covered and explained. Amazing care provided by Darren who fitted a new catalytic converter and a cat lock. He explained the whole process to me and took great care over the whole job! And it was all turned around in less than a day. A very happy customer - thank you both!

Update: still waiting for my car manual that I should have received with the car. Purchased a car from here and on the whole a pleasant experience. However, on the car's description (2nd hand) that was given to me, it specified a space saving wheel. This is incorrect - Toyota need to specify accurate information on print outs for specific cars.
